Investment strategy
•To acquire & build a portfolio of $350m in dairy assets with an initial focus on Victoria and Tasmania later extending to New Zealand
•High Grade land assets in key dairy regions; reducing climate risk with geographic diversity and secure irrigation water resources targeting over 50% land to be irrigated with licenced water.
•Acquisition of medium & larger assets to achieve economies of scale through consolidation, further development & increased efficiency
•Stabilise income based long term contracts with offtake to processors and input suppliers agreement
•Opportunity for strategic investors to lock in “offtake agreements”
•Target total return (IRR) +12%
•Exit strategy – investment term 7 years with rollover provisions
